Dell Latitude XT2 XFR Goes official
Dell has finally launched its Latitude XT2 XFR convertible tablet PC. The Latitude claims to be the thinnest convertible tablet PC available in the market. Flaunting a 12.1-inch display, this notebook is said to meet the dynamic demands of all types of users.
The XT2 XFR weighs around 5.4 pounds along with a 4-cell battery and SSD. The notebook is powered by Intel’s Core Duo ULV SU9600 processor while the graphics are efficiently handled by Intel’s Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD.
The convertible tablet PC offers support for up to 5GB DDR3 RAM and up to 160GB SATA SSD. The connectivity options include Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Mobile Broadband and Bluetooth. This rugged PC allows users to select from a 4-cell, a 6-cell or a 9-cell battery to suit their needs.
The Latitude XT2 XFR features the QuadCool Thermal management System that enables the notebook to work flawlessly in temperatures ranging from minus 10 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The LED backlit display and support for multi-touch, gesture control and hot swappable modules are a few of the other unique features of this notebook PC.
The Dell Latitude XT2 XFR retails at a starting price of $3,599 (approx. Rs. 1,69,523). This convertible tablet PC is currently up for sale on the company’s official website. The company is also offering users an option to customize their Latitude XT2.
