Nokia has launched its much awaiting handsets the 5530 and 5230 XpressMusic phones in India. This two phones as been already annouced worldwide a month ago.

The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic got the same platform as the Nokia 5800. It also got option to customize 20 contacts.

The 5530 XpressMusic handset features -

• a 2.9-inch touchscreen display with a 360 x 640 pixels 16 million colors
• 3G, EDGE/GPRS
• Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP and USB 2.0 (micro)
• 3 megapixel camera with LED flash
• stereo FM radio
• 3.5mm earphone socket
• MicroSD card support

The second handset that’s finally out , the 5230 XpressMusic will feature -

• a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with a 360 x 640 pixels 16 million colors
• 3G, EDGE/GPRS
• GPS withA-GPS
• Bluetooth with A2DP and USB 2.0 (micro)
• 2 megapixel camera
• stereo FM radio
• 3.5mm earphone socket
• MicroSD card support

The Nokia 5230 XpressMusic seems to be the cheapest GPS enabled handset along with touchscreen. This handset is mainly targetted to youngster who are flaunted by touch experiance.

The Nokia 5230 XpressMusic is priced at Rs 9,393 while the Nokia 5530 is priced at Rs 14,029.Both device will be availble acroess various Nokia outlet by the end of december.
