Infibeam Pi eBook reader Launched
Infibeam.com has launched India’s first ebook reader, the Pi. Infibeam had made this launch after introducing its product search engine and an Ebook store.
The Pi features 6-inch e-ink display and is just 10mm in thickness. It comes with 512MB onboard memory which is expandable upto 4GB using SD card slot. It is also provided with an USB port to transfer documents from the PC.
Some other features introduced in the Pi includes, bookmarking, four different font size for auto-scaling content to fit the display, vertical and horizontal views, Music player, and also comes with Sudoku game.
The Pi comes bundled with a USB 2.0 cable, AC adapter, quick start guide and earphones. The Ebook reader will be available from Feb 22,2010 at a cost price of Rs.9,999.
