HP Introduces Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition netbook

Good news for people who look for style statement even in gadgets, as Famous designer Vivienne Tam has joined hands with HP team to reveal the latest HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition netbook. The netbook is already showcased at the New York fashion week as a part of Tam’s Spring 2010 collection.

The netbook gets the “Butteryfly Lovers” design at the display backside fashioned by Tam with premium PC technology. The all new fashionable device weighs just 2.7 pounds and measures less than 1-inch in thickness.

HP has also cooped up with Dr. Dre in order to provide high-performance audio software, now users can listen to their favorite audio tracks with a great experience. Users can listen the music using the speakers provided in the netbook or simply connect their headphones to enjoy the music.

Besides offering high end exterior design, the netbook sports 10.1-inch LED widescreen display and also offers integrated webcam which also doubles as a mirror with a click of a button. HP is offering various applications along with the netbook including instant-on software which allows customer to send tweets, surf the web, post to Facebook, listen to music or even chat , all in an instant. The device offers a battery life of 5.5 hours.

The Mini 210 houses 2GB of RAM and is available with storage options upto 320GB, Windows 7 premium and automatic backup software. The company is also offering various accessories for the device like matching microfiber suede sleeve, Monster branded in-ear headphones and optional Butterfly Lovers wireless mouse.

The new HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam edition is available for preorder at the HP store while the device is expected to hit the stores by March 19,2010 with a price tag starting from $599.
