Lite-on has launched new 24x Internal DVD Burner, the iHAS524. The burner comes with LabelTag Disc-labeling technology for CDs and DVDs which allow user to add data even after a label has been created.
The Lite-On iHAS524 writes DVD+/-R at up to 24x, DVD+/-R DL at up to 16x, DVD+RW at 8x, DVD-RW at 6x and DVD-RAM at 12x. It also burns CD-R/RW at up to 48x. It includes Smart-Burn and Smart-X technologies for high burning standard and also offer 5MB buffer memory. +Continue Reading
Logitech had added four new HD webcams to its lineup, the HD Pro Webcam C910, HD Webcam C510, HD Webcam C310 and HD Webcam C270. The newly added webcam features Logitech’s Fluid Crystal Technology inorder to deliver high-quality video recording.
The HD Pro Webcam C910 is the top model which is capable to record 1080p Full HD Video and to make 720p HD Video Call. It further packs two inbuilt microphone for stereo recording.
The other webcam launched is the Logitech HD C510, which has got fold-and-go design and features 360 degree full rotation. It can record 720p HD video and take 8 Megapixel still images. HP has introduced its new e-All-in-one Web Connected printers for both in home and office use. The printer also allow user to get connected to their home network , access content and print them from anywhere without a PC. The Printer also gets a unique email address which will allow the sender to deliver the print same way they send a message.

Asus has introduced 3D-Capable Blu-ray Burner at the Computex 2010. The new 3D Optical drive drive features allows one click 2D-to-3D conversion capabilities which allow to deliver stereoscopic 3D renditions of 2D movies on 3D-ready displays.
The Asus BW-12B1LT is also one of the first 12x Blu-ray writer that burn BD-R/R DL at 12X, BD-RE LTH at 6X, BD-RE/RE DL at 2x.

Intel has revealed its future Atom Processor plan at the Computex 2010. Intel has introduced new Pine Trail mobile dual core processor, new Oak Trail processor optimized for tablets and slim netbooks and thin Canoe Lake Platform.
The new Dual Core Atom Processor N455 and N475 for netbooks are available now, while the D525 and D425 entry level processor for desktop PC will be made available by 21st June. The Oak Trail for tablet is expected to be released in the early 2011. Intel has also showed its Canoe Lake, razor-thin Atom-processor powered netbook platform which is just 14mm thick, although its availability has not been mentioned. +Continue Reading
Hitachi-LG Data Storage has officially revealed the HyDrive , the World’s first Solid State Drive (SSD) embedded Optical Disc Drive (ODD). According to the company, the first generation of HyDrive will be available with 32GB and 64GB SSD capacity and the second generation which will be coming next year will be having upto 256GB SSD and will be having faster SSD performance and will offer SATA6.0Gbps interface. rather than the SATA3.0Gbps.

The device supports playback of Blu-ray 3D media and is capable DVD 2D-to-3D conversion using CyberLink PowerDVD 9 software which comes bundled along with the Burner.
Buffalo BR3D-12U3 can write BD-R SL/DL at 12X, BD-RE a 2x, DVD+/-R at 16x, DVD+/-R DL at 8X, DVD-RAM at 5x and CD-R/RW at up to 40x. The device is also backward compatible to USB 2.0 interface.
