iBuyPower Introduces LAN Warrior II Gaming PC

iBuyPower has shown its new gaming rig, the all new LAN Warrior II gaming desktop PC. The new gaming PC is the upgrade to the former LAN Warriror. It comes equipped with NZXT’s Vulcan chassis with two 120mm cooling, two-channel fan control, a mesh side panel and a carrying handle.

At present three models will be made available, Intel X58-based model which will be powered by Intel Core i7-980x processor and will house upto 24GB RAM, the price of this variant starts from $999. The next variant uses the Intel P55 chipset and starts from $799 and comes equipped with Core i7-870 2.93 Ghz processor and 16GB RAM. The last variant is a budget model and it starts from $749, it gets powered by AMD processor up to the latest six-core Phenom II X6 1090T and 16GB of memory.

The LAN Warrior II can be further boosted with either Radeon HD5970 or GeForce GTX480 and up to 512GB SSD and a DVD/Blu-ray burner.

Acer Aspire G new Predator Gaming PC

Acer had extended its range of Acer Aspire G Predator Gaming PC with the launch of new machine, the ASG7750-A64. Its an upgraded version of its predecessor of the ASG7710-A41 which is launched last year.

The new ASG7750-A64 will feature a new chassis finished in black color instead of the original orange color. The machine will be powered by the same Intel Core i7 3.06Ghz processor and will be boosted by 6GB RAM.

Acer has replaced the two GeForce GTS 250 with dual Nvidia GeForce GPU.The rest features were same as the old model which includes two gigabit Ethernet Lan Port, four DVI-I output, two eSATA port, two IEEE 1394, 10 USB 2.0 and multi-card reader.

Acer has made only 100 units which is available at a price of 289,900 Yen (Approx. $3210).

Dell’s Alienware Goes Digital With Valve and Steam

Dell has annouced that its Alienware Line of PC Gaming systems including Area-51 and Aurora desktops and the M17x and M15x laptops, will now come preloaded with a free copy of Valve’s award winning game portal powered by steam. This addition will futher strenthened the Alienware line of PC Gaming systems.

With Steam pre-installed in the the users can expect more enhanced level of gaming. The existent steam gamers can just sign into their accounts to access all the products purchased by them. New users are also provided with over 950 games at their finger tips all supported by automatic updates, the Steam Friends Community of networking services, and more.

Dell also adds that, All new Alienware PC’s will come with Steam and a copy of Valve’s multiple award winning FPS puzzle game ‘Portal’.
